Ruth is CEO & Co-Founder of Virya Group, and has worked with Joomla! since the fork from Mambo.  She specialises in Marketing, SEO and the delivery of world-class training in these areas, and is a passionate supporter of Open Source technologies.  Virya means a driving force or energy to do good for the benefit of others, which is the central ethos behind Virya Group.

Ruth is also training for ordination in the Triratna Buddhist Order, co-leads the popular Joomla! User Group Suffolk, as well as helping to found Suffolk Internet Marketing & SEO Specialists and Mautic Meetup Ipswich.

A question I am asked regularly by visitors to my blog is how I am able to be well while I am working full time, often long hours, and mostly at a computer screen throughout the day.  

Living and working with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome can seem like an uphill struggle at times, but there are some simple ways in which I think employers can support staff with EDS to be well at work.  I'll explore a few of my thoughts on this in this article.
