A question I am asked regularly by visitors to my blog is how I am able to be well while I am working full time, often long hours, and mostly at a computer screen throughout the day.
Living and working with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome can seem like an uphill struggle at times, but there are some simple ways in which I think employers can support staff with EDS to be well at work. I'll explore a few of my thoughts on this in this article.

I remember quite clearly, that moment when I saw a post on Facebook about the Runner's World Run Streak while I was contemplating the icy cold morning I was about to launch myself into in order to get to the gym for my 6am personal training session. 'That looks interesting', I thought, as I yanked on my leggings, mumbled something about early morning training sessions, and joined the Facebook group thinking I'd check it out later that day.

This weekend I had the great pleasure of attending my first BrightonSEO event - a twice-yearly gathering of the great and the good (and definitely the geeky) from the SEO and digital marketing world.
